- When user quota is full, IMAP server throws an error "ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server", which is somewhat similar to following figure 1.2.14, which is visible to user after log in.

Solution:
Users has to delete all unwanted mails to keep their quota size within permitted limit.

Solution:
In squirrelmail, maximum three(3) bulk email with 20 or more recipients within 5 minutes are permitted via any web mail interface. This is done to stop misuse of email accounts by hackers/spammers. The user has to meet email administrator to unlock his sending facility by this interface.
Please note that the beta interface (nwm) has per hour limit of 100 and per day limit of 200.
