Client side filtering is enabled in squirrel-mail. Following sequence of steps will enable this filter.
Click on "Options" then "Message Filters" . Figure 1.2.10 demonstrates it.

Now clieck on "New" –> then select the criteria of filtering and submit.
Figure 1.2.11 demonstrates one such method.
