Computer Center has a list server serving more that 100 email list. Each list is managed by one or more moderator.
Some lists are automatically populated and some other are manually.
For moderated list is a message is there in queue and not approved for more than 30 days, we will delete that message automatically.
Discard held messages older than this number of days. Use 0 for no automatic discarding.
There are two roles for any list. Set separate password for both the roles.
- Administrators: Has full control over all parameters of a mailing list. Set the email ID of such users in "General Options" and "The list administrator email addresses".
- Moderators: can take action on pending requests. Set the email ID of such users in "General Options" and "The list moderator email addresses.".
