Pymol

Pymol can be downloaded from http://ftp.cc.iitk.ac.in/Linux/Pymol/ or https://www.pymol.org/2/#download. License file can be obtained from computer center. Though the installation steps in simple, you may follow the instructions below.

	
	# tar -jxvf PyMOL-2.3.1_75-Linux-x86_64-py37.tar.bz2
	# cd pymol
	# ./pymol
